We couldn't read your secrets if we tried
Your 2FA secrets and passwords are encrypted in your device's Keychain and never sent to our servers — there's no iAuthenticator account, and codes are generated entirely on your device, even in airplane mode. If you enable backup, your data syncs through your own iCloud account, managed by Apple — not by us. That also means we can't recover your codes for you, so keep a backup enabled.
