• Reverse engineer, resell, or exploit the app or its services, or use automated tools to abuse them.

You are solely responsible for how you use the content you download and for complying with the laws of your country.

4. Not Affiliated with TikTok

Download Tiktok is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance Ltd. "TikTok" is a trademark of ByteDance Ltd., used here only to describe the app's compatibility.

5. Advertising

The app is free and supported by advertising served by Google AdMob. Ad personalization choices and consent are described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Availability of the Service

The app depends on third-party platforms and services that we do not control. Content may become unavailable, links may stop working, and features may change or be interrupted at any time. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app at our discretion, with or without notice.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TECHSMART LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP — INCLUDING ANY USE OF DOWNLOADED CONTENT THAT INFRINGES THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TechSmart LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the app or your violation of these Terms, including any infringement of third-party rights caused by how you use downloaded content.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
