1. How do I connect the app to my TV?
Ensure that both your mobile device and your Smart TV are connected to the exact same Wi-Fi network. Open the app and tap "Connect TV", then wait a few seconds for it to discover your TV.
2. The app cannot find my TV. What should I do?
First, restart your Wi-Fi router and your TV. Second, make sure iRemote can reach your local network: on iPhone/iPad go to Settings, find "iRemote", and ensure the "Local Network" permission is turned ON; on Android, allow iRemote to access your local network in the app's permissions.
3. Which TV brands are supported?
iRemote works with LG, Samsung, Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV, Vizio and Android TV / Google TV — which also covers brands like Sony, TCL and Hisense that run these systems.
4. How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by the store you purchased from. On iPhone/iPad, cancel anytime in Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions; on Android, in the Google Play Store under Payments & subscriptions.
