TechSmart LLC values your privacy. We DO NOT collect personal information (name, email, location). We only collect anonymized data to improve our services and display relevant advertisements.
TechSmart LLC takes the privacy of our customers and users seriously. This Privacy Policy explains what kind of information we collect, use, and how we keep it secure.

Our primary purpose is to provide you with a safe and efficient experience. We collect information in the following categories:
a) Third Party Advertising Partners
We work with partners like Google AdMob, Facebook Audience Network, and Amazon to provide personalized ads. They may collect:
- IP address, Device ID (AAID/IDFA), and hardware type.
- Operating system, time zones, and cookie identifiers.
b) Zero Personal Information:
We do NOT collect your name, physical address, email, or geographic location through the iRemote app.
c) Non-Personal Information
This includes Session Data, Usage Data, and Log Data that does not identify you personally.
2. Data and Usage
We use Non-Personal information for internal purposes: to provide iRemote services, notify you of updates, and for marketing/promotion. We do not disclose your info to third parties for their direct marketing without your consent.
3. Device Discovery & Connection Data
To connect to your TV, the app may identify:
- Local Network Information: To find Smart TVs on the same WiFi.
- TV Device Info: Brand (Samsung, LG, Roku, etc.), Model, and firmware version to ensure remote command compatibility.
4. Information Security
We employ administrative and electronic measures to protect your Non-Personal Information. Please note that no security measure is 100% impenetrable.

We may disclose information if required by law, to enforce our Terms of Use, or to protect the safety of our users and the public.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. By using our services, you promise you are at least 13 years old.
