Our primary goal is to provide a seamless remote control experience. Therefore, we do not collect personally identifiable information (PII).

We do not ask for your name, email address, physical address, or phone number.
We do not require you to create an account to use the App.
We do not track your precise GPS location.

2. Local Network and Device Discovery

Crucial Notice Regarding Local Network Access:

To function as a remote control, the App explicitly requires access to your Local Area Network (LAN) / Wi-Fi network.

Purpose: This permission is used strictly to scan, discover, and establish a connection with Smart TVs on the exact same local network as your mobile device.
Data Processing: We may identify your TV's brand (e.g., Samsung, LG, Roku) and firmware version to ensure the correct remote commands are sent. This communication happens entirely locally on your network. We do not upload your local network layout, connected devices, or TV data to our servers.

3. Information Collected Automatically

When you download, access, and use the App, we may use technology to automatically collect non-personal information to improve the App's performance and provide relevant advertisements. This may include:

Device Information: Your mobile device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (e.g., Apple IDFA or Google AAID), and language settings.
Usage Details: Anonymous analytics such as which features of the App you use, session duration, and crash logs to help us fix bugs.

4. Third-Party Services and Advertising

We may partner with third-party service providers for analytics and advertising purposes. These third parties may use tracking technologies (like SDKs) to collect data about your interactions with the App.

Analytics: We may use tools like Firebase Analytics to understand how users interact with the App.
