Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Super Fasting Tracker ("Super Fasting Tracker", the "app"), provided by Pro App LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), a product of Pro App. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not download or use the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Super Fasting Tracker, you accept these Terms in full and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Pro App LLC. If you are using the app on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you are using the app, you must be of the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. If you do not accept these Terms, you may not use the app.

2. Health & Medical Disclaimer

All content in the app — including fasting plans, "fasting zones," stage descriptions, statistics, and any notifications — is provided for general informational and motivational purposes only. Fasting zone stages and their hour marks are general estimates based on commonly cited descriptions of fasting metabolism; actual physiology varies significantly from person to person and is affected by what you ate, your activity, health conditions, medication, and many other factors. The app cannot measure your actual metabolic state.

Consult a qualified physician before starting any fasting program, changing your diet, or acting on anything shown in the app — especially if any of the following apply to you:

• you are pregnant, trying to become pregnant, or breastfeeding;
• you are under 18 years of age;
• you have or have had an eating disorder;
• you have diabetes or experience problems with blood sugar regulation, or take medication that affects blood sugar;
• you have low blood pressure, are underweight, or have a chronic illness;
• you take prescription medication of any kind, or have any condition for which your doctor has advised a specific diet.

Intermittent fasting is not appropriate for everyone. Stop fasting immediately and seek medical attention if you feel faint, dizzy, unwell, or experience any concerning symptoms. Never disregard professional medical advice, or delay seeking it, because of something displayed in the app. Your use of the app and any decision to fast are entirely at your own risk.

3. Licence to Use the App

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to download and use Super Fasting Tracker on Apple devices that you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use. This licence does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

You agree that you will not, and will not permit any third party to:

• copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the app, except as expressly permitted by law;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the app;
• rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, redistribute, or otherwise commercially exploit the app or any part of it;
• remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks in the app;
• use the app for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms or the rights of others.

All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by us and our licensors.

4. Pro Subscription & Lifetime Purchase

Super Fasting Tracker is free to download, and its core fasting timer is free to use without limits. Super Fasting Tracker Pro is an optional upgrade that unlocks additional features such as custom fasting plans, mood & notes, full history, and CSV export. Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription (for example, weekly or yearly plans) or as a one-time "lifetime" purchase. All purchases are made and managed through your Apple ID, with payments processed by Apple via the App Store (StoreKit). We never receive or store your card or payment details.

By subscribing to Pro, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set out above. The subscription will continue and renew automatically until you cancel it. If you have started a free trial, the trial will automatically convert into a paid subscription at the standard price for your selected plan unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial period ends. To avoid being charged for the next period, you must turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends; otherwise your Apple ID will be charged within 24 hours before the renewal date. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund the current period, and you will retain Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

The lifetime purchase is a one-time, non-consumable purchase that unlocks Pro features for as long as the app is available, on devices signed in with the same Apple ID. It is not a subscription and does not renew. You can restore it (and any active subscription) on a new device using Restore Purchases in the app.

Because purchases are processed by Apple, your use of subscriptions is also subject to Apple's standard terms. Please review Apple's standard End User Licence Agreement (EULA) at apple.com/legal/.../stdeula.

5. Your Data & Apple Health

Your fasting sessions, weight and water entries, notes, streaks and badges are stored locally on your device, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping your own backups — for example by exporting CSV files with Pro. Deleting the app deletes the data stored in it, and we are unable to recover it for you.

If you choose to connect Apple Health, you control the permissions at all times and can revoke them in the Health app. Data you write to or read from Apple Health is handled on your device and is subject to Apple's own terms for HealthKit. We never use Apple Health data for advertising or marketing.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Super Fasting Tracker responsibly and lawfully. You must not use the app to:

• violate any applicable law or regulation;
• harm yourself or others — including using the app in a way that conflicts with medical advice you have received, or encouraging disordered eating;
• interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app, our servers, or any systems or networks connected to the service;
• introduce viruses, malware, or any other harmful code;
• misrepresent data produced by the app as a medical record or measurement.

7. Intellectual Property

The app, including its software, design, user interface, graphics, text, zone descriptions, and other content (excluding the personal data you record), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand features without our prior written permission.

The fasting records, notes, and statistics you create in the app are yours. We do not claim ownership of your personal data.

8. Third-Party Services

Super Fasting Tracker relies on services provided by Apple and Google. We use Apple for purchases and subscriptions (StoreKit), for optional Apple Health integration (HealthKit), for Live Activities (ActivityKit), and for Apple Search Ads attribution (AdServices); and Google Firebase for analytics, crash reporting, and remote configuration. The app contains no advertising networks and shows no ads.

These third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, over which we have no control. We are not responsible for the availability, content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party service, and your interactions with third parties are solely between you and them.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that defects will be corrected.

In particular, we do not warrant the accuracy of timers, statistics, zone estimates, or notifications. Notifications, Live Activities, and widgets depend on your device settings, Focus modes, and iOS behavior, and may be delayed or not delivered. Do not rely on the app for any time-critical, safety-critical, or medical purpose — including the timing of medication or meals required for a medical condition.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Pro App LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, or for any personal injury or health outcome, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the app — including any decision to fast or any consequence of fasting.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the app shall not exceed the amount you actually paid to us for the app in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you; nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pro App LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use or misuse of the app, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any applicable law, or your infringement of the rights of any third party.

12. Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the app. We may suspend or terminate your access to the app, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, the licence granted to you under Section 3 ends immediately, and you must stop using and delete the app. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including those relating to the health disclaimer, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law, will continue to apply. Termination does not affect any subscription terms administered by Apple, which you can manage in Settings ▸ Apple ID ▸ Subscriptions.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the app, our practices, or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the app after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the app.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the app shall be submitted to the competent courts of Lisbon, Portugal. This choice of law and forum does not deprive you of the protection afforded by mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you reside.
