Open Font Generator and type your text into the input box at the top of the screen. The list below updates instantly with your text in every available style. Scroll to the one you like and tap it — it's copied to your clipboard, ready to paste anywhere.

The Text Decorator tab wraps your text in decorative frames made of stars, hearts, sparkles, arrows and other symbols — for example ★彡 your text 彡★. It works the same way as the font converter: type your text, then tap a decoration to copy it.

Fancy fonts are built from special Unicode characters, so how they look depends on the app, website or device you paste them into and the fonts it supports. A few styles aren't supported everywhere. If a style doesn't render, just pick a different one — there are over a hundred to choose from.

Tap the star next to a style to add it to your favorites. Favorited styles stay pinned near the top of the list so you don't have to scroll for them next time.

Open the iOS Settings app, then go to General ▸ Keyboard ▸ Keyboards ▸ Add New Keyboard… and tap Font Generator. Once it's added you can switch to it in any app that accepts text. The keyboard is optional — the converter and Text Decorator work without it.

When a keyboard is open, tap and hold (or tap repeatedly) the 🌐 globe key until Font Generator appears. On some devices the globe key is replaced by an emoji/keyboard switcher — just keep tapping it to cycle through your keyboards.

Full Access lets the keyboard convert your text, use the clipboard so copying works, and serve ads to free users. It's safe: Font Generator does not record, log, store or transmit your keystrokes or the text you type. Learn more in our Privacy Policy.

Free users get a number of copies to spend: each successful copy uses one credit. When you run out, you can watch a short video ad to earn another credit, right on the screen you're using. Font Generator PRO removes credits entirely — copy as much as you like, with no ads.

PRO unlocks all fonts and text styles, all cute text decorations, and removes every ad — plus unlimited copying with no credits. It's available as an auto-renewing subscription (with a free trial when offered) or as a one-time Lifetime purchase. See the full details in our Terms of Use.

Go to Settings ▸ Apple ID ▸ Subscriptions ▸ Font Generator ▸ Cancel. To avoid being charged when a free trial ends, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial period ends. A Lifetime purchase is one-time and has nothing to cancel.

Open the app and tap Restore purchase. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you originally used to buy PRO.

Try these steps: re-add the keyboard (Settings ▸ General ▸ Keyboard ▸ Keyboards), make sure Allow Full Access is turned on, restart the app or your device, and update to the latest version. If it still happens, email us at [email protected] with your device model and iOS version.
