Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Auto Paste Keyboard ("the app"), provided by Pro App LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), a product of Pro App. The app is available for iOS on the App Store and for Android on Google Play. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not download or use the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Auto Paste Keyboard, you accept these Terms in full and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Pro App LLC. If you are using the app on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you are using the app, you must be of the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. If you do not accept these Terms, you may not use the app.

2. Licence to Use the App

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to download and use Auto Paste Keyboard on devices that you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use. This licence does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

You agree that you will not, and will not permit any third party to:

• copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the app, except as expressly permitted by law;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the app;
• rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, redistribute, or otherwise commercially exploit the app or any part of it;
• remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks in the app;
• use the app for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms or the rights of others.

All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by us and our licensors.

3. Free App, Ads & Purchases

Auto Paste Keyboard is free to download and use. To keep it free, the app is supported by advertising served by our advertising partners; see our Privacy Policy for how ads and your privacy choices work.

If any in-app purchase is offered, it is purchased through and processed entirely by Apple (via the App Store) or Google (via Google Play), and your purchase is also subject to the relevant store's terms. We never receive or store your card or payment details. Refunds, where applicable, are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their policies.

Your use of the iOS app is also subject to Apple's standard End User Licence Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Your use of the Android app is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.

4. Acceptable Use

Auto Paste Keyboard is built for speed — filling in your own information and having fun with friends. You agree to use it responsibly and lawfully. You must not use the app to:

• send unsolicited commercial messages, bulk marketing, chain messages, or phishing messages of any kind;
• harass, threaten, defame, or abuse any person — rapid-fire messaging features are for consensual fun between friends, not for targeting people who have not agreed to it;
• create, transmit, or distribute illegal, obscene, or infringing content;
• violate the terms, anti-spam rules, or rate limits of any platform or service where you use the keyboard;
• interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app, our servers, or any systems or networks connected to the service;
• introduce viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.

You are solely responsible for the templates you create and the messages you paste or send using the app, and for ensuring that your use complies with the terms of any platform or service where you use it.

5. Intellectual Property

The app, including its software, user interface, design, graphics, text, and other content (excluding content you create), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand features without our prior written permission.

The templates and messages you create with Auto Paste Keyboard are yours. We do not claim ownership of the text you write, save, or send.

6. Third-Party Services & Ads

Auto Paste Keyboard relies on services provided by Apple, Google, and Meta. We use the App Store and Google Play for distribution, Google Firebase for analytics, crash reporting, and remote configuration, and Google AdMob and Meta Audience Network to serve advertising to free users. On iOS, advertising uses Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework; the IDFA is used for personalized ads only if you allow tracking, otherwise non-personalized ads are shown.

These third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, over which we have no control. We are not responsible for the availability, content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party service or advertisement, and your interactions with third parties are solely between you and them.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that defects will be corrected.

Third-party keyboards depend on the operating system and the app you are typing in. We do not guarantee that the keyboard, Auto Paste, or Auto Send will behave identically in every app: some apps restrict third-party keyboards, secure fields (such as password fields) disable them by design, and messaging platforms may limit how quickly messages can be sent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Pro App LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the app.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the app shall not exceed the amount you actually paid to us for the app in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you; nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pro App LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use or misuse of the app, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any applicable law, or your infringement of the rights of any third party.

10. Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the app. We may suspend or terminate your access to the app, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, the licence granted to you under Section 2 ends immediately, and you must stop using and delete the app. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including those relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law, will continue to apply.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the app, our practices, or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the app after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the app.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the app shall be submitted to the competent courts of Lisbon, Portugal. This choice of law and forum does not deprive you of the protection afforded by mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you reside.
